Pending Sales at Lake Doster

It's February 3rd, and we have 5 Pending sales at Lake Doster! (Pendings, for those that are unsure, are properties that have sold, or are under contract, but have yet to close).

I don't know if we have ever had that many Pendings in early February. Unit volume is picking up strongly in Greater Kalamazoo generally, and Lake Doster specifically. That is a critical step toward market recovery relative to housing prices!

We sold a home on Markus Glen today, on the golf course. The buyers have 2 kids (4th grade and 2 years old), and one on the way!

After about 6 months of chunking my way through multiple photographers, very helpful consultants in El Segundo, CA and viewing about 4,000 real estate websites, I believe I am just days from the live launch of lakedoster.com.

This website will highlight my own community and will be designed to provide unique information for potential buyers and people interested in a private lake and golf course community. I will also work very hard to make it useful and fresh for my neighbors, the residents of Lake Doster.
